So after summer day camp ended, Daniel and I decided to go on a road trip to Boston. I mean we had talked about it a bit and then we basically decided on a (hungover) Sunday morning that we were going to go and we left bright and early Tuesday morning. We drove 7.5 hours to Bangor, Maine and stayed over night Tuesday, and Wednesday morning we checked out and headed to Boston! We went to the outlets to do some shopping (we failed at this here, the outlets sucked) and then drove to the Gillette Stadium (go Patriots!) ...kidding, I don't watch football but it was sick to see. It was HUGE.
Boys and sports... match made in heaven.

We couldn't believe how BIG the squirrels were, it actually made us laugh so much. They were huuuuuge.

Okay, maybe THIS is my favourite place in Boston.
So that's it for days 1 and 2 in Boston! We did everything pretty fast the first few days so that we could pick our favourites and go back to them. The places we hit on the first few days were the Boston Harbour, Quincy Market & Faneuil Hall, Fenway Park & Yawkey Way, Boston Commons and the Public Garden. Quincy Market and Fenway Park have my heart. I love Boston!
